The Leicester Register Office is located within the City's grade II listed Town Hall, in the Town Hall Square.
We offer a choice of three different licenced rooms in which you may hold your ceremony, each with an elegant and individual character.
The largest, the 'Oak Room' can accommodate up to 80 people, all seated.
The 'Fountain Room' holds up to 50 people, including 35 seated.
The smallest of our ceremony rooms, the 'Laurel Room' has a maximum capacity of 12 people, all seated.
Please note that the fee payable for a wedding or civil partnership at Leicester Register Office is £40.00, plus any certificates requested at £3.50 each, regardless of which room is chosen by the couple.
