The Office is open to the public from Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 4.00pm, except Wednesdays when the office opens at 9.30am to 4.00pm.
Telephone lines are open Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 4.45pm.

Leicester City Council will be carrying out heating engineering works in various parts of the city over the next six months. We are assured that appropriate signage will be on display and we will update our website when appropriate to do so.
In the meantime, for your ceremony this will mean that normal traffic flow from Granby Street into Bishop Street will be affected. If you were planning to arrive at the building via this route, you should now consider taking an alternative route.
