Paying Council Charges

There are two main sections that collect charges for the council - Local Taxation and Customer Accounts.

Local Taxation

This section collects:

• Council Tax from domestic customers
  
• non-domestic rates from business customers.

Customer Accounts

Customer Accounts collects miscellaneous charges on behalf of all council departments apart from:

• Council Tax
• Business Rates
• Housing Rent for Current Tennants
