Income Collection is the council's debt collection service for most of the bills the council sends out. This section collects everything except:
- Council Tax
- National Non-Domestic rates (business rates)
- Rent (except ex-tenant rent arrears)
- On-street parking fines
Queries about what any bill is for or items on the bill should be raised with the department that has sent the invoice.
You should contact us with queries about how to pay a bill or if you are having problems paying.
