1 | Arrival to venue (see your letter for venue). |
2 | The Clerk will greet you in the waiting area and confirm your details and explain the procedures. |
3 | The Clerk will take you and the Education representative into the appeal room and the appeal panel will introduce themselves. |
4 | The Education representative then presents the LA case (Stage 1). |
5 | Parents and the Panel question the Education representative. |
6 | Parents present their case (Stage 2). |
7 | The LA and Panel question the parents on what they have said. |
8 | LA will sum up. |
9 | Parents will be given a final opportunity to sum-up and say anything else they wish the panel to take into consideration. |
10 | Parents and LA leave. |
