These 5 key components offer a framework for implementation: a set of tools to respond to the challenges we face in our city. Most importantly the above measures will deliver our commitment to tailoring education to the individual needs, interests and aptitudes of all learners, to ensure that all students achieve and reach the highest standards possible.
