The Recruitment Training and Quality Team offer a service to all childcare providers; supporting them with quality improvement and in becoming self reflective. Having a well trained, highly skilled workforce is the single most important factor in improving outcomes for children and in offering exemplar services for the children and thier families in Leicester City.
We work in partnership with settings and individual practitioners to ensure that the children in Leicester get a good start in life. Leicester City has its own Quality Improvement programme which encompasses; the Every Child Matters Agenda, the use of the SEF and our own Quality Improvement tool the Q Cards.
