- Sure Start Children’s Centres often provide full childcare along with early education and health services for children under five years old
- They may also offer family support, welfare advice, outreach to parents, a base for childminders, and have links with Job Centre Plus
- They are open a minimum of 48 weeks a year, five days a week.

What will it cost me?
- All centres will be run differently so talk to staff.
- You will probably have to pay for childcare, but this will depend on your circumstances, for instance whether you are working or are claiming state benefits
