- Administering/updating the Common Assessment Framework (CAF) Database and National eCAF
- Taking/recording “Intents to CAF” and completing checks on the CAF Database and with other Services to see if there is Responsive Safeguarding (Tier 3/4) involvement
- Working with Integrated Service Hubs (ISHs) around the City
- Giving advice and guidance on CAF related matters
