Talk matters! is a multi-agency partnership developed to address children’s early talking needs. The partnership involves professionals from Leicester City Council Services and NHS Leicester City.
Children who are good at communicating are better able to make friends, learn how to read and write, be successful at school and have a better chance of getting a job when they grow up. Everyone who lives in Leicester has a contribution to make in the future prosperity and well-being of our children.
