Welcome to the reports and information section.
This page contains information on the overall progress of the Leicester Integrated Youth Support Strategy, plus copies of papers and reports relating to specific areas of work developing under the project workstreams. It is aimed mainly at those who are involved in the project.
Other task groups have been established to work on the progress of specific pieces of work within the project. In some cases, they may form part of existing groups. These task groups include:
- Involving Young People Task Group
- Leicester Youth Volunteering Strategy
- Pathway to Success Pilot and Youth Prevention Strategy Group
The project will progress through a number of phases in which specific work areas are identified and monitored. These are captured in an overall project plan, which is attached below, and in the ongoing development plan (also below, dated June 2009).
The major and most comprehensive document to look at for more information on the IYSS is the Project Initiation Document. It is detailed and lengthy, but gives the starting point for the project.
