An essential course if you wish to obtain your personal licence to sell alcohol.

Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering Via e-learning.

This is ideal for a refresher course as opposed to the first time.

In order to do this you need to have a computer that has broadband internet and it must be able to play flash player.
