CIEH Level 3 Award in Health and Safety in the Workplace.

Leicester City Council is a registered centre for the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health and offers the above qualification.

The course is intended for anybody who has supervisory responsibility for any aspect of Health and Safety. It is run over 3  separate days.

The course ends with a Multiple Choice Examination of 60 questions designed to test knowledge, understanding and application of food safety across the whole Level 3 award syllabus.

This examination is on a separate half day at the end of the course.

 

Supervisors have both a legal and moral responsibility to look after the health and safety of employees. This qualification will enable managers and supervisors to improve the health and safety culture of their organisation, whatever its size or activity.
