All Saints' Conservation Area

The All Saints' Conservation Area was declared in February 1999, and is the smallest conservation area in the City at 1.38 hectares. It comprises the area around All Saints' Church, and includes All Saints' Open and parts of Highcross Street and Great Central Street.

A Conservation Area Character Statement was adopted by the City Council in January 1999.

You can view a map of the All Saints' Conservation Area.

The area is covered by Supplementary Planning Guidance: more information about All Saints' Area Development Guidance.
