Spinney Hill Park Conservation Area

 

Spinney Hill Park Conservation Area was designated in October 1982, and has an area of approximately 20.74 hectares. Centred on Spinney Hill Park, the conservation area is approximately bounded by Mere Road, St Saviours Road, East Park Road and Park Vale Road.

A Character Statement was adopted by the City Council in September 2002. You can view a map of the Spinney Hill Park Conservation Area.

Some properties in this conservation area are covered by an Article Four Direction, which limits the rights of householders to carry out work to their properties without planning permission.
