Westcotes Drive Conservation Area (former)

 

Westcotes Drive Conservation Area was designated in November 1989, and had an area of approximately 4.66 hectares. The conservation area included Westcotes Drive between Braunstone Avenue and Fosse Road South.

Some properties in this area are covered by an Article Four Direction, which limits the rights of householders to carry out work to their properties without planning permission.
