Belgrave Bridge carries Thurcaston Road over the River Soar at Belgrave Village. The bridge is a Grade II Listed Building, and is located within the Belgrave Hall Conservation Area. Reference Number: SM00031.
The bridge is probably 15th century. A six-arch stone rubble (mostly granite) bridge repaired with brick. Two arches completely rebuilt in brick. Only one arch retains its original stone lining. There are cutwaters, which do not reach parapet level. A cutwater from a narrower bridge is visible underneath. Modern brick parapet. No stonework is visible from road level. Marred also by modern footbridge on one side and a sewer on the other.
