Planning consent for advertisements
Consent under the Advertisement Regulations is needed to display many signs and advertisements on businesses and other buildings and land. Additionally, most advertisement hoardings require planning consent, although some hoardings displayed for a temporary period around building sites do not require consent. Advertisers are welcome to contact the Planning service to discuss their proposals.
