Listed
building consent is required for works for the total or partial demolition of a
listed building, for extensions, or for external
or internal alterations. You can make a listed building consent application
online via the Planning Portal; or you can download paper forms (Form number 011)
from our
Application Forms page.

that planning permission will also be needed for most external alterations. Please
