Informal Planning Guidance has been prepared relating to development proposals at the site of the Grade II listed buildings at 82, 82a, 84, and 86 Rutland Street, and the vacant site 88-90 Rutland Street.
The purpose of this guidance is to provide advice on what changes to the listed buildings and what form of development on the vacant site will be acceptable.
The site is located to the east of Leicester City Centre in the St. George’s Conservation
Area and the Cultural Quarter.
