Leicester City Council 5 Year Housing Land Supply 2009-2014

Planning Policy Statement 3: Housing (PPS3) sets out the requirement for Local Planning Authorities to assess and demonstrate the extent to which existing plans fulfil the requirement to identify and maintain a rolling five year supply of deliverable land for housing. This report sets out the assessment of deliverable housing land for Leicester City Council for the five-year period 2009/10-2013/14 (1 April 2009 – 31 March 2014). The assessment demonstrates that there is a five-year supply of deliverable housing land within the city.
