Leicester City Council formally adopted the Climate Change Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) on the 17th January 2011.
The purpose of the Climate Change Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) is to provide practical advice to planners, architects, developers and Leicester City Council officers on how to address the issue of climate change in relation to new development.
