As part of the transitionary arrangements for the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004, local plan
policies were saved for 3 years from adoption in January 2006.
A
direction letter from the
Government Office for the East Midlands (GOEM) identified policies to be saved
after January 2009. To view this letter, please click the attachment at the bottom of this page.
These lists have since been superseded, following adoption of the Core Strategy. Appendix 2 of the Core Strategy indentifies local plan policies that are saved after 25 November 2010.
