Inspector’s Report into objections to the Deposit Local Plan
 
This page is an introduction prepared by Leicester City Council to explain how the Inspector’s Report fits into the local plan preparation process. It does not form part of the Inspector’s Report.

Mr M. Turner, an independent Planning Inspector, held a public inquiry into objections to the Deposit Local Plan between March and May 2004. This report was received on 11 November 2004 and it contains his conclusions and recommendations to the City Council on the objections. It includes those objections heard at the Inquiry and those that were dealt with by written representations.
