Leicestershire, Leicester and Rutland Waste Local Plan

The Leicestershire, Leicester and Rutland Waste Local Plan 1995-2006 has been prepared jointly by Leicestershire County Council, Leicester City Council and Rutland County Council.

The plan was formerly adopted on 2 September 2002, and came into operation on 11 September 2002.

The City and County Councils are working jointly on preparing a Waste Development Framework.

 

Copies of the Plan and other relevant documents are available for inspection at the City Council's Customer Service Centre, and also at principal council offices and libraries throughout Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.
