What happens next with the Outline Planning Permission?
The outline planning application for the whole of the Ashton Green site was submitted at the end of June 2010, approval subject to planning conditions was granted on 20 December 2010 and the Decision Notice issued on the 4 March 2011.

The Outline Planning Permission contains over 80 planning conditions that will both control the form of the future development and require the Council as the land owner together with developers to provide further details regarding the phasing and delivery before starting the first new homes on site.
