Projects funded via CLG Housing Strategy & Support Directorate Homelessness & Housing Management Programme funding to 2008 (formerly ODPM, Homelessness Directorate) 

These services are delivered to those who are homeless, rough sleeping, vulnerably housed or at risk of homelessness.  They are wide-ranging and enable services users to access valuable drop-in centre facilities including a community based project, and programmes such as education and basic skills, meaningful occupation activities, counselling and specialist advice.  

Each scheme aims to:

• Through assessment of individual need, provide the opportunity to improve personal and social development, raising self-esteem and confidence towards training and employment opportunities.

• Deliver complimentary programmes that support resettlement and sustaining tenancies, in particular for those who experience loneliness and isolation, promoting a sense of belonging, improving quality of life, thus helping towards re-integration and community cohesion.
