Our low cost decorating service is especially for our disabled and pensioner tenants.
The work is carried out by our own Housing staff and the customer is charged for the workers’ time and for the materials they use.
Customers can also provide their own wallpaper and emulsion paint if they so wish, as long as it’s suitable for the job.
We can decorate two rooms in each home every three years under this service.
We use our own staff and buy materials in bulk, so we can charge very reasonable prices. The work must be paid for in advance.
To help customers on a low income budget with the cost, the payments can be made in instalments along with their rent. We are now also offering a discount of up to £100 to help tenants cover the costs.
