You can report housing repairs in the following ways:
Using our online repairs service, emailing our Tenants' Advice and Repairs Service or calling us on 0116 2527007 during these times:
- 8:00am - 6:00pm Monday to Friday
- 8:00am - 1:00pm Saturdays
(In an emergency outside of these hours, call 0116 2549439)
As part of the maintenance agreement, we will carry out most repairs to the main structure of your home. However, there will be certain things – minor repairs and replacement items – that you will be responsible for. The Repairs Handbook explains this to you:
