This group look at the various ways we communicate with you and make suggestions for improvement. This includes commenting on the content and design of draft documents, leaflets, posters, letters and newsletters and deciding if they meet their purpose.
This group involves tenants in the monitoring of grounds maintenance issues, including grass cutting, shrubs, hedges and trees. Their main role is to report any grounds maintenance work that has been overlooked or left in an unsatisfactory way, and to make suggestions for improvements.
Many people help us to improve services by filling in or responding to surveys about different aspects of the services we provide. This is a very important part of the way we consult. If you are interested in taking part in a survey, we can contact you by post, telephone or email.
Members of this group look at the Council Housing section of Leicester City Council’s website and offer suggestions for improvement, as well as ensuring the information provided on the Internet is up to date, easy to navigate and tenant friendly.
