Tenant and Leaseholder involvement and participation is about local people taking part in the decision making process and helping to influence decisions about housing polices and procedures, how money is spent and how the housing service is run. There are lots of ways you can do this, which range from answering a questionnaire at home, to sitting on the Housing Services Performance Panel.
Whichever activity you choose to get involved in, we will provide you with full support and any training required. We will always let you know what has happened as a result of your involvement, including how it has helped to make improvements to our Housing Service.
