If you find you are homeless, you can contact the Housing Options Centre by phone on 0116 252 7008 or visit the Centre at Phoenix House, Welford Place, Leicester, LE1 6RN.

Opening times:
9.00 am to 4.00 pm (Monday, Wednesday & Thursday)
1.00 pm to 4.00 pm (Tuesday)
9.00 am to 4.00 pm (Friday)

Alternatively there is an Advice Line open from 9.00 am until 1.00 pm Monday to Friday (closed on Tuesday) – 0116 252 7008.

Out of hours you can contact the Dawn Centre (if you are homeless and single) on 0116 221 2770 or Border House hostel (if you are homeless and have children) on 0116 221 1407.
