This document sets out the conditions for using My Revenues and Benefits and is supplemental to Leicester City Council’s general internet use policy, which you can read here.
“My Revenues and Benefits” allows you to view details of:-
- your council tax account
- your business rates account
- any housing benefit you receive
- any council tax benefit you receive
We, Leicester City Council, agree to hold your personal data securely and not to disclose it to anyone else except in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998. You can read more about how we handle your personal data here.
By registering for My Revenues and Benefits you agree:-
- to keep your password and username secure
- not to share your username or password with anyone else
- to change your password at regular intervals
- to tell us if you think any of the information we hold about you or the address at which you pay Council Tax or Non Domestic Rates is incorrect or incomplete
- that Leicester City Council cannot be held liable for any loss suffered by you as a consequence of you sharing or losing your username or password.
