The Westbridge Wharf hoardings artwork was commissioned by Leicester City Council with S106 developer funds, and installed on hoardings along Bath Lane.
The artwork was created by artist OneSideZero, responding to a brief inspired by the history of the Westbridge Wharf site and the surrounding area. See more of OneSideZero's work at http://www.onesidezero.co.uk/
