LoveSport

LoveSport offers five themed areas leading you through an exploration of the sporting body and mind, and to investigate the latest sports technology and its impacts on sports performance.

In The Sporting Body, visitors can test their co-ordination, balance and strength, discovering how different sports require the use of different muscle groups.

The Sporting Mind delves into the depths of your brain to examine concentration and reaction - how focused and quick to respond are you?

LoveSport

Then test your mighty muscles, suppleness and stamina in Fit for Sport - an investigation of the body's performance.

Sports Technology focuses on a range of cutting-edge techniques, from psychology, nutrition, drugs and equipment to developments for paralympians.

In the final section, Over to You, compare your scores with other visitors to the exhibition and find out what you can do to get active in your area.

LoveSport offers a range of exciting and interactive activities and caters for all ages and abilities.
