There are many varied and different ways you can volunteer with Leicester Arts & Museums Service. You can help in many different ways:
- Helping visitors appreciate what museums have to offer
- Gardening and maintaining the historic grounds of museums
- Guided tour leaders
- Maintaining exhibits, such as old engines and vehicles
- Festivals and events volunteers
You can volunteer at any of these sites:
- Abbey Pumping Station
- Belgrave Hall Museum & Gardens
- De Montfort Hall
- The Guildhall
- Jewry Wall Museum
- Newarke Houses Museum & Gardens
- New Walk Museum & Art Gallery
- Festival sites across the city.
Leicester Arts & Museums Service has a long track record of providing a wide variety of volunteering experiences. We are looking to offer new opportunities to enable volunteers to get more involved.
