The CCA project supports cultural providers and schools in Leicester and Leicestershire to work in partnership.
The key aims are:
- To raise awareness to schools of the cultural and creative offers available in the city and county.
- To increase access to professional development opportunities.
- To exchange ideas, knowledge and experiences of cultural and creative arts education.
To participate in this scheme:
Schools nominate one teacher to become their cultural and creative Ambassador.

Ambassadors disseminate information from cultural partners, ensuring their school has access and awareness of exciting opportunities.
CCA will:

Support the nominated Ambassador by sending them information from cultural partners to share with their school's community.

Work on behalf of Ambassadors to find and facilitate cultural opportunities for their school.
The Cultural and Creative Ambassadors Project is partnership project between Leicester Arts and Museums Service and Renaissance East Midlands.
You can join this scheme either as a cultural partner or as a school.
