Creative CPD for Teachers

We are pleased to announce the launch of the free Autumn CPD programme for Teachers. The entire program is free to any teacher within a Leicester City or Leicestershire school that has joined the scheme and covers a wide range of creative curriculum subjects and ideas. If you have any questions or would like to attend please email cca@leicester.gov.uk

Practical Art - Working with Fabrics

Creative Education Network Event – Primary Age Group

Wednesday 4th November  6:30-8:30pm
Fosse Arts              

 Full training in how to use your batik set and how to link it to the science curriculum including making natural dyes. You will also have the chance to try your hand at a range  of fabric art techniques and ask questions. This is ideal training for all teachers who want to increase their skills or just have a go at working with fabric art.

This have a go Ukelele  workshop, lead by Mark Ferry from Little Red Truck, will be a fantastic opportunity to try something musical, practical and more over fun, with someone who can answer all your questions. If you would like to come along please drop me a line or fill in the form.

The Ambassadors Dinner - A preview of the new city gallery

his is a chance for Ambassadors from across the city and the county to   get together and discuss their needs from the project, what they are up    to, share ideas with each other and the CCA coordinator and have some fun. It would be fantastic for as many of you to come along as possible and the meal cost will be met by the project. We also have the education team from the new city gallery coming along who would love  to hear your thoughts on their plans for the learning space and programme
