By joining the User Group, you will be invited to regular meetings every 3 months and kept in touch with the latest developments affecting Western Park.  You are not committing yourself to attending each and every meeting.  If there is a matter which you would like to raise, this can be included in the agenda by contacting the Park Officer on 0116 2548540.  If you are unable to attend a meeting, you will receive a copy of the minutes and the date and time of the next meeting.
