Our air conditioned Lifestyle Fitness suites consist of cardiovascular, resistance and free weights equipment. All of our centres have qualified Health and Fitness Instructors who are on hand to offer members free Healthy Eating and Fitness advice.
Our “Members Journey” consultation procedure is designed to help provide newly recruited and existing members direction and motivation to develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Personalised programs are devised and reviewed every 6 - 8 weeks to ensure progression of fitness. Personal training is available to those who feel they need one to one week by week attention and motivation.
