Bad Weather Conditions

Day Services

In the event of bad weather and problems with transport, Day Centres will contact service users and carers to work out with them whether they need an alternative service to support their needs.

Domiciliary Care

If there are any delays due to bad weather, Domiciliary Care staff will contact service users directly, we will also prioritise those deemed as high risk (i.e those living alone in isolation and have no mobility etc).

(Download a list of all Leicester City Council contracted Domiciliary Care providers here)
