Understanding how our behaviour affects service users.  The importance of person centred care, communication and valuing and respecting people.

To have a better understanding when working with people whose behaviour challenges including triggers, dealing with challenging situations, walking around the home and risk assessment, recording, referring, leaving the premises and out of hours.
