This site has been developed for the people who work or volunteer within the private, voluntary and independent sectors in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. It is part of the work of the Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland Children’s Workforce Development Council (CWDC) Workforce Strategy Partner’s Programme (WSPP) for the Private, Voluntary and Independent (PVI) Sectors.

The WSPP project’s remit is to support the involvement and engagement of the PVI sectors in the local and regional integrated workforce strategies and to ensure these strategies address and meet the needs of the providers of children's services within these sectors
