Adult Social Care supports people with disabilities to live independently, in their own home for as long as they want or are able to.
We also support adults, parents of children with disabilities and young people who care for someone who is unable to manage by themselves.
Promoting Independence
We aim to arrange services that enable people to live independently in their local communities, with relatives or friends, for as long as they want or are able to.
