IDVA Service Review

The IDVA service is a Partnership resource and has been running in the city for the last three years. The IDVA service is currently funded by Safer Leicester Partnership until the end of March 2011.

We are currently reviewing of the IDVA service in order to:

• Identify whether the service is operating as contracted and in line with terms and conditions and national standards

• Look at the quality and performance of the service
• Assess the extent to which continuous improvement is taking place.

As part of this process, we sought the views of service users and partners working within the field of domestic violence. Details of the survey will be available here once the responses have been analysed.
