Objectives

To provide a high quality, flexible, person centred service, which is monitored, reviewed and evaluated

To work in a Person Centred Approach to establish what type of work the individual has an interest in, taking into consideration experience, knowledge, strengths and needs etc.

Inform and include individuals, parents, carers, other professionals in the decision making process.
Philosophy of Care
The philosophy of the service is based on the Governments White Paper ‘Valuing People’ and we are committed to providing each service user with the appropriate support to enable them to exercise their rights as a human being, to be as independent as possible, and to have choice and control in their life and we will continue to work towards achieving social inclusion for all.
