Some people will opt out of existing services as a result of the introduction of Personal/Individual Budgets and Direct Payments. This may mean that there will be some changes to the way we provide existing services.
We will closely monitor the demand as the changes to adult social care are made and adapt our services as a result.
We are working with other companies and voluntary sector agencies that also provide care services to develop a more flexible range of services.
How do I know whether a company providing support is good?
The Care Quality Commission inspects care providers and writes reports about the service they provide. You can find out how well local social care services are performing by visiting the Care Quality Commission website.
