Who Does It?

Suitably experienced inspectors from OfSTED and the Care Quality Commission will carry out the inspections. In some cases, they may be joined by inspectors from other inspectorates or commissions, in particular Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary. Inspection teams will normally consist of at least three OfSTED inspectors and a Care Quality Commission inspector.
