RAISING ASPIRATIONS

through Relationships and Sex Education

This event took place on 21 March 2012 as part of the launch of the Relationships and Sex Education (RSE) Strategy.

 

Speaker: Roger Ingham - Professor of Health & Community Psychology and Director of the Centre for Sexual Health Research at the University of Southampton.

 

• Launch of the Quality Assurance framework to inform and improve the commissioning of RSE work in schools and colleges.

 

• Presentations of classroom based research projects (such as peer mentoring, improving confidence and health days) in schools and colleges.

 

• Marketplace: this was an opportunity for all providers of relationships and sex education services and general healthy schools and well-being information services to attend and run a stall.
