This report is a broad based review of the progress we have made in meeting our objectives and targets since the submission of our Progress Report to Government Office for the East Midlands (GOEM) in December 2008.
This report reflects on our performance against the targets and indicators set within the plan and summarises the progress that has been made in preparing LTP3.
